- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Items marked Final Sale (including seasonal markdowns in our Sale section) are not eligible for return or exchange.

Are Final Sale items eligible for return or exchange?
Merchandise purchased from the Soda Social Final Sale collection or marked Final Sale at checkout is sold as final markdown inventory and is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
How do I request a return or size exchange?
Customers can initiate a return or size exchange within the 14-day window by submitting their order number and requested item details through the Soda Social Contact Page, and Customer Care responds within 1 to 2 business days (24 to 48 hours).
